  • How do I edit an active automation?

    Enter the automation and press the Pause and edit button at the top-right corner. After you've made the adjustments, make sure to click the Start button to reactivate the automation.

  • Can I delete an automation?

    No, but you can archive the automation. Started automations need to be paused before they can be archived.

  • How do I archive an automation?

    Hover over the specific automation from the automation overview, and click on Actions β†’ Archive to the right.

  • Can I see who opened and did not open my automation?

    No, but we display each automation's average open and click rate.

  • Can I choose the send-time for my automation?

    This is available for booking automations (hospitality customers) and is configured when you create the automation rules.

    Event automations are sent X days before/after the event, at the same time as the event start time.
    ​
    Birthday automations are sent every day at 8:00 a.m.

  • Can I include the event image automatically?

    No, not at the moment. It needs to be entered manually.
