Event and order data


How often is order data updated?

Every hour

What events are updated?

All upcoming events, both with and without sales on them

Are historical events updated?

No. Historical events and data are imported when you get started in MarketHype. After that, only upcoming events are updated

Are reserved tickets imported?

No

Does the ticket price include the service fee?

If the service fee is included in the ticket price in AXS

What happens if a cancellation occurs?

The contact is still part of your MarketHype, but the purchase will be withdrawn and not part of the sales figures anymore or automation et.c.

Are event images imported?

Yes, if they are available in the integration

How often are event images updated?

Once every day

Contact details


Are personal identification numbers imported?

No

What happens if a contact/profile gets updated or anonymized in AXS?

Nothing happens in MarketHype. Contact details are only updated automatically when they are part of a purchase order

What are their definition of Event tags?

Tags

How often is Event tags set in Tickster updated?

Once every day

Are new event tags set on historical events in Tickster updated?

No, only upcoming events are updated

Products


Are products (add-ons) imported?

No

How often are products updated?

No
