Event and order data
How often is order data updated? | Every hour |
What events are updated? | Upcoming events with ongoing sales
Upcoming events without sales but are published in Tickster Manager |
Are historical events updated? | No. Historical events and data are imported when you get started in MarketHype. After that, only upcoming events are updated |
Are reserved tickets imported? | Yes |
Does the ticket price include the service fee? | Yes, if the fee is included in the ticket price in Tickster. If not, it is not included in MarketHype either. |
What happens if a cancellation occurs? | The contact is still part of your MarketHype, but the purchase will be withdrawn and not part of the sales figures anymore or automation et.c. |
Are event productions imported? | Yes |
Are event images imported? | Yes, if they are available in the integration |
How often are event images updated? | Once every day |
Productions
Do productions in Tickster sync with MarketHype? | Yes |
Do productions in MarketHype sync with Tickster? | No |
What Tickster productions are synced? | All productions, with both past and upcoming events |
How often are Tickster productions updated? | Once every day (every morning) |
Can I edit a Tickster production in MarketHype? | No. Editing a Tickster production (e.g. adding new events) has to be done in Tickster. |
What happens in MarketHype if you add an event to a production in Tickster? | The production will be updated in MarketHype on the next daily sync (next morning). |
What happens in MarketHype if you remove an event from a production in Tickster? | Nothing happens in MarketHype. |
What happens if you delete a Tickster production in MarketHype? | The production is deleted in MarketHype, and will not reappear with the next daily sync. It is not automatically deleted in Tickster. |
What happens if you delete a production in Tickster? | Nothing happens in MarketHype. The production has to be manually deleted in MarketHype as well. |

Are personal identification numbers imported? | No |
What happens if a contact/profile gets updated or anonymized in Tickster? | Nothing happens in MarketHype. Contact details are only updated automatically when they are part of a purchase order |
