How often is order data updated?

Every hour

What events are updated?

All upcoming events with ongoing sales

Is the historical event updated?

No. Historical events and data are imported when you get started in MarketHype. After that, only upcoming events are updated

Is the service fee included in the ticket price?

Yes, if the service fee is included in the ticket price in Nortic.

What happens if a cancellation occurs?

The contact is still part of your MarketHype, but the purchase will be canceled and will not be included in the sales figures or automation et.c.

Do we receive event images?

No

Are personal identification numbers imported?

No

What happens if a contact/profile gets updated or anonymized in Tickster?

Nothing happens in MarketHype. Contact details are only updated automatically when they are part of a purchase order
