Want to find contacts that have made a certain order/purchase? For example, all contacts that booked a day at your spa facility during summer or find those that booked a stay at your place no matter when. This and more can be done thanks to the Orders made category.

This is the largest category filter with many data points for you to filter on. The category can be found under the Include and Exclude sections.

The magic of the Orders made category filter

Some data points will vary based on organization and what data we receive from your booking system. Once you choose one of the following, a new window will appear with further data points to filter on.

ℹ️ You can also choose to click on Skip to filter by any order if you want to find all contacts that have made an order, no matter what the order includes.

Order items

Booking

This order item allows you to filter amongst a wide range of data points. For example, based on the arrival or departure date, rate codes, or arrival day of the week.

Package

Allows you to filter amongst your packages.

ℹ️ Packages are also available under Booking.

Products

Filter on add-on products using the product name, product tag, or product code. You can also find those who bought an add-on product for a specific venue or price.

For example, find those who bought a ski-lift pass, a day pass to your spa facility, or bought champagne to be delivered to their hotel room at check-in.

Examples of how and when to use this filter category

Based on the arrival date

Maybe you want to communicate with those who visited you during the spring break, summer, or Christmas holiday.

If you have a lot of visitors from another country, include the contact attribute → country in your filter to attract them once again.

Families

Regulars

Talk more frequently with your regulars! Choose between different timespans from the last seven days until ever.

Based on package or rate code

You might want to talk with those who booked a certain package or rate code, maybe to welcome them or share vital information.

Based on how your organization works, you can use rate codes to find your bargain hunters. A great opportunity to push last minute deals.

Upsell

If you work with upsell, a good idea can be to exclude those who already bought one or several add-on products; if you want to give it an extra push before the guests arrive.
