Go to Audience → Manage. And you'll end up with all your contacts being displayed as a list. From here, you can use the search field to find a specific contact or the audience filter to find a specific group.
ℹ️ The search field works best when using an email address.
Contact card
Each contact has its own Contact card, visible when choosing a contact from the Manage audience list. Each card contains the following:
Contact details
Displays all personal details about the contact. This field can't be changed. It consists of information we receive from your integration, manual imports, and additional points we have collected when a contact is verified.
A verified contact will have a blue icon displayed after its name.
Addresses
This section shows all available contact ways. Add address at the top-right corner, allows you to add new ones. And hovering over one address will make a Remove button appear to the right.
Current subscriptions
This is where you can see the active subscriptions for the contact. You can see what subscription type they are signed up for, their email address/phone number, and what type of legal basis the subscription has.
You can unsubscribe a contact right from this view by hovering over the specific subscription, and an Unsubscribe button will appear to the right.
ℹ️ If a contact unsubscribes, the Current activity log will be empty.
Read more about Subscription types here.
Subscription activity
This view shows the contacts' subscription activity. For example, unsubscribing and a manual spam complaint.
Anonymize contacts
This action can be done by entering Actions → Anonymize at the top-right corner. The order history will remain in MarketHype for analysis, but the contact card and all personal details will be removed.
An anonymized contact will reappear in your MarketHype if the contact subscribes to news, makes a new order, or is included in a manual import.
Before we anonymize the contact, a box will appear where you need to confirm the following:
ℹ️ This can only be done on one contact at a time since you need to open each contact card to reach the anonymize button.
