Use Audience → Manage to find contacts, see their contact details, and manage subscriptions.
Find a contact
Go to Audience → Manage.
Use the Search field to find a contact.
Searching with an email address usually gives the best result.
Use the Audience filter to narrow down the list.
Click on a contact in the list to open their contact card.
Contact card
The contact card is where you can view contact details, add or remove addresses, manage subscriptions, and see subscription activity.
Contact details
This section shows the contact’s personal details.
These details are read-only and come from your integration, manual imports, signup forms, and verification.
Verified contacts have a blue check next to their name. Read more about verification here.
Addresses
This section shows the contact’s available addresses (email addresses and phone numbers).
Click Add address in the top-right to add a new email address or phone number.
To remove an address, hover over it and click Remove.
Current subscriptions
This section shows the contact’s active subscriptions. You can see the subscription type(s), the email address or phone number associated with each subscription, and the legal basis for each subscription.
If a contact has no active subscriptions, Current subscriptions will be empty. Read more about subscription types here.
Click Add subscription to add the contact to a subscription
Hover over a subscription and click Unsubscribe to remove the contact from a subscription

Subscription activity
This section shows a log of subscription-related events, such as unsubscribes and manual spam complaints.
Anonymize contacts
Anonymizing a contact removes their personal details from MarketHype, while keeping their order history for analysis. To anonymize a contact:
Open the contact card.
Click Actions → Anonymize.
