Post-stay automations could be just as simple as a "Thank you" message, which could still take you a long way. But we have, of course, a few more ideas on what to include:

Automation 1: Thank you


Survey

Create a survey that can be used for multiple rate codes, packages, etc. That way, you can create an automation that includes different types of bookings and still get the feedback you want.

Signup form

Include your signup form to stay in touch with your visitors. It could be included in a button that redirects them to the URL site.

Social media

Highlight your social media accounts and encourage your visitors to tag you in their images and stories to boost your visibility.

Automation 2: We miss you


A "simple" message

This could take you a long way. Say hello and let the customer know you miss them, as well as remind them that you are still there.

Share relevant activities and packages

Mention similar activities and packages relevant to the visitor depending on what they previously booked.
