Before you delete a signup form, ensure it is not being used and published anywhere since it will no longer admit new submissions. All submission stats will also be lost.

A form that has been deleted can not be reinstated again.

Head to the Signup forms overview and hover over the specific form. Choose Actions → Delete, and a confirmation window will appear. Once you press Delete in the confirmation window, the signup form will be deleted.
