What are contact attributes?
Contact attributes contain information such as first name, last name, address, and phone number. These attributes are linked to your contacts' profiles and can be used to filter and segment data to drive an effective marketing operation.
Standard contact attributes
The default standard attributes available are as follows:
First name
Last name
Email
Phone number
Address
Zip code
City
Country
Gender
Birth date
Custom contact attributes
Your organization and its data are unique, so customized contact attributes can be created to align with your organization's specific needs. Once you create an attribute, you can add it to signup forms or your contacts via a contact import.
