When the exported audience is meant for direct marketing communication, you should always use the subscriber's filter to ensure you only include contacts who consent to receive your information.

When a subscribers filter is applied, we ensure only contacts with valid consent for the given subscription type(s) are included in the result. If your contacts have multiple known email addresses or phone numbers, we ensure only to include those addresses you have received consent for.
