All organizations will have their library of images in MarketHype, found under Assets in the head menu bar. You and your colleagues can upload a collection of images to use when creating your emails.

Add an image

Click on Add image in the upper right corner to add images to your library. You can upload an image from your computer by choosing the option Upload, or Design with Canva where you can design your image and then upload it to your MarketHype.

MarketHype supports the following file formats:

  • PNG with a file size of max 20 MB (Best used for photo pictures)

  • JPEG with a file size of max 20 MB (Best used for graphic images, icons, logos, etc.)

  • GIF with a file size of max 5MB (Animated images)

Organize your images

There are different ways to organize your pictures in MarketHype:

Tag you images

Adding tags to your images is one way to organize them. Select one or more images, and a toolbar will appear at the bottom of the page. Click on Edit tags and set one or more tags of your choice.

After your tags are set, you can easily find the images using the Tags filter.

Archive images

If you have images, you are not using at the moment; a good idea could be to archive them. Select your images and click Archive in the bottom toolbar to do this. To find your archived images, switch to Archived in the filter menu.

Delete images

To delete an image, you first need to archive it, then switch to Archived in the filter menu. Find your image and click on the action buttons to select Delete.'

Image details

To find more information about an image, click on the action buttons and select View details. Here you will find information about the file type, file size, dimensions, who made the upload, etc. You will also find Smart Attributes, which are added automatically by analyzing the image's content.
