Supported regions
Currently, our SMS feature is available for Swedish and Norwegian customers but covers recipients in Sweden, Norway, Denmark, and Finland.
Recipients in another region?
If you have recipients in a non-supported region, these will still be visible and included when you select your recipients using the filter.
However, after you have sent the SMS, you can find out how many recipients were excluded from the SMS sending. You find it in the statistics under Region not supported.
Costs
There is a cost for each SMS you send. You will only be charged for the actual amount of SMS sent; recipients excluded from the dispatch will not be charged. You can find more information about the cost in your signed agreement. For more information about this, contact us at success@markethype.io.
