When your sign-up form is created, it is time to share it so that you can implement it on your website, for example.
There are two options to choose between:
Copy the embed code to embed the form on your website and its design, for example, in the footer.
Copy a URL link to share your form as a separate page.
In the form editor, click on Save and publish, and a review box will appear to show any warnings or recommendations. When ready, click on Publish, and use the embed code or URL link to share your form.
Embeded code:
Recommended option if you want to include the signup form in your website design. Add the code to your website manager and then use the same style as on the rest of the site.

Share link:
Recommended option if you want to include the signup form in emails, social media, etc.
To change the design of the form, update the CSS under the Style tab when creating the form.
