FAQ - Surveys

Written by Emma Nilsson
  • How many levels does the NPS question have? Is it default or can it be changed?

The NPS question is a standard question and cannot be edited. It uses a 0–10 scale.

  • Can you choose which language a survey should use?

Yes. When creating a survey, you can select the default language it should use. All standard questions and system-generated texts will automatically adapt to the selected language, ensuring a consistent experience for respondents.

  • Can you export survey responses?

Yes, responses can be exported in .csv or .xlsx format.

  • Can surveys be published independently without being linked to specific events or customers, for example, as an embed on a website?

Yes. After publishing your survey, you can use the “Copy link” option and embed or share it anywhere you like.

  • Can this also be used internally to send surveys to staff about their event experience?

Yes. You can share the survey internally either via email or by using a direct link.

  • If we have a general automation for all our events, can responses be collected per individual event?

Yes. If you send the survey via an “After the event” automation, responses will be linked to each event that triggers the automation.

  • Can you select a target audience, for example, sending to everyone who has visited on Fridays?

Yes. In your automation or email, you can apply filters to define who should receive the email—and therefore the survey.

  • What's the difference between the full-length and quick survey templates?

Both versions cover the same topic, but they're optimized for different goals:

    • The full-length version includes more questions and is best for in-depth analysis when you want to understand your audience in detail.

    • The quick version includes only the essentials and is optimized for a high completion rate, so more people finish it.

Pick full-length when depth matters more than volume, and quick when you want as many responses as possible. You can edit either template after selecting it.

  • Can I edit a template after I've selected it?

Yes. Templates are just a starting point - you can add, remove, reorder, and edit any question before publishing. Standardized questions (like NPS and Overall Satisfaction) still cannot be edited, but you can choose whether to keep them in your survey.
