How to: Add an unsubscribe link

This link allows recipients to unsubscribe and must be inserted into all marketing communication.

Option 1: Add it manually


  1. Open a text block and fill in the value you want for your unsubscribe link, for example, "Unsubscribe here."
    ​

  2. Mark the text and click on Insert/Edit links in the Text toolbar menu.

  3. Click Default links β†’ Unsubscribe β†’ Save.

Option 2: Add the element content "footer"


The "Footer" element includes an Office location merge tag and an Unsubscribe link. To use it, click on "Footer" in the content toolbar on the left and drag it to your desired spot in the email.

Test the link


The link is generated once the email has been sent. To test it, you can send a test email to yourself or a colleague.
