  • How often are segments updated?

    Once every day.

  • How do I delete a segment?

    Head to the Audience β†’ Segments, and enter the specific segment. Click on Actions β†’ Delete in the top-right corner, and you get to confirm that you want to delete the segment.
    ​
    A segment that has been deleted can not be reinstated again.

  • Can I edit a segment?

    Yes, you can change its name, description, avatar, and its filter.

  • How do I edit a segment?

    Click on the Edit button to the right inside the segment. You will then be redirected to the edit stage, where you can modify the filter and change the segment's name, avatar, and description.

  • How do I duplicate a segment?

    Enter the specific segment and click on Actions β†’ Duplicate in the top-right corner.

  • Are new segments added to historical events?

    No, a segment must be created while the event has ongoing sales. When an event has taken place, we freeze it, and no new segments will be part of the statistics.
