  • How often are segments updated?

    Once every day.

  • How do I delete a segment?

    Head to the Audience → Segments, and enter the specific segment. Click on Actions → Delete in the top-right corner, and you get to confirm that you want to delete the segment.

    A segment that has been deleted can not be reinstated again.

  • Can I change a segment?

    After a segment has been saved, you can change its name, description, and avatar, but not the filter that it is based on.

  • How do I change a segment's name, description, and avatar?

    To change the name or avatar, hover over them and click on the pen icon that appears.

    To change the description, go to the About tab to hover over the Description box to the right, and click on the pen icon.

  • Why can't I change the filter for a segment?

    Segments are target groups you want to follow for a longer period of time. They are also updated once every day. Because of this, a saved segment can not be modified afterward since that would leave a gap in the statistics.


    If you want to change a segment, you can duplicate the existing one and modify the filter.

  • How do I duplicate a segment?

    Enter the specific segment and click on Actions → Duplicate in the top-right corner.

  • Are new segments added to historical events?

    No, a segment needs to be created while the event has ongoing sales. When an event has taken place, we freeze it, and no new segments will be part of the statistics.
