To communicate via SMS from your MarketHype, you must have a sender profile and a stopword. Both of these are configured here.
Sender profile
This will be visible to the recipients and must follow the conditions below:
4-11 characters
Only alphanumeric characters (A-Z, a-z, 0-9)
Cannot start with a numeric character
Must be unique within the organization (no duplicates)
Example: Company
Stopword
The stopword is used by the contact when unsubscribing from marketing communication. It must follow the conditions below:
6-12 characters
Only uppercase A-Z and space
Max 1 consecutive space
Cannot start or end with space
Must contain the word “STOP”
Must be globally unique across all MarketHype organizations
Example: COMPANY STOP
