When you've prepared your email, and it's ready for delivery, you can either send it manually at any time or schedule it. We will make sure the email reaches its audience when the time comes.
Schedule an email
To schedule your email, click on the Email tab at the top menu bar, and go to the Send time section to choose Schedule for later. In the dialog, you select your desired delivery date and time.
Once you are finished with the design and recipients, click on Review and Schedule at the top right corner to schedule the email!
A scheduled email cannot be edited as long as it is in a "Scheduled" state. If you want to edit your scheduled email, you first need to cancel the scheduling.
ℹ️ The scheduled email will be delivered according to the timezone for your organization.
Cancel a scheduled email
A scheduled email can be canceled anytime up until the scheduled date and time. This is done by clicking Remove scheduling and edit.
ℹ️ When a scheduled email is canceled, it returns to the "Draft" state and can be edited as any other email.
