When you send an email from MarketHype, you will be able to follow the process for each email. This is done via the general overview for emails and in each email dispatch report.

Once you send the email, a status bar will appear. There are two statutes to go through; Preparing to send and Sending in progress.

Depending on the number of recipients and the size of your email, it might take a few minutes for the email to be prepared since we need to match the recipient filter and find the matching contacts.

When the email has been prepared, the status bar will change, and the status Sending in process will appear, where you also get to follow how many recipients the email has been sent to.

Sometimes, it could take some time for the whole email to be processed; why is that?

MarketHype has a safety function activated, which ensures that only a maximum of 60,000 emails can be sent every hour. This function is set up to limit the risk of having larger email providers, such as Gmail, flagging your email as spam.

Suppose you make an email dispatch to a more significant amount of recipients. In that case, MarketHype will divide your total amount of recipients into smaller parts and send the email in smaller batches instead of sending the email to all of them at once.
