Email templates are very efficient and time-saving when creating new emails and automations. It will also help you keep a consistent visual profile when you address your audience.

Your saved templates will be available for you to use in future emails and automations. All you need to modify for each dispatch is the content.

Step 1: Create a new template

Go to Marketing → Emails and click on Manage Templates.

This is where all your saved templates will be stored. To create a new one, click on Create template.

ℹ️ If your organization already has created its own templates, the Create template button will be displayed in the top-right corner.

Step 2: Choose a starting point for your template

It's time to decide what layout you want for your template.

Basic templates are different layouts MarketHype has set up for you by default, while Saved templates are your earlier creations.

Step 3: Design

You have now entered the email editor. It's the same editor as when designing emails and automations. Feel free to play around and test the different elements available to design a template that fits your organization.

ℹ️ Since this isn't a real dispatch, you won't be able to send a test email. Instead, you will find a Preview option in the dropdown for Actions to the right.

Step 4: Save the template

When you are happy with the result, Save and exit are available in the top-right corner. Before saving the template, we recommend you rename it so that you can find it easier in the future.

Templates can also be created when designing an email dispatch from scratch. Just click on Actions in the top-right corner when in the design mode, and Save as template will be available as an option!

And you're finished! 🎉
